This lovely soft contemporary home delivers the “wow” factor from the moment you enter through the beautiful front doors. The intricate stained glass entry was custom-designed by artist Marianno Perz, a fitting tribute to the unique artistry of the home’s interior.
- The open living area and gourmet kitchen offer wonderful lake views, while the remote-controlled screen porch and covered lower level outdoor living area provide an opportunity to celebrate the seasons.
- The solid wood barreled ceiling in the great room and the 1,200 square feet of Versailles patterned travertine floors provide a warm feel to the home. The kitchen, master bath, and lower level have heated floors.
- The one-of-a-kind guest bath features illuminated onyx countertops and creative faux painted walls.
- The seven-layered Venetian plastered walls and ceiling in the 1,500-bottle wine cellar are only part of the room’s appeal. A specialty finished floor and custom stained glass door complete the space.
- A state-of-the-art home automation system doesn’t disappoint in the technology department. Control your home music, cameras, lights, videos, and home security from your iPhone.
